“It is with great regret and sorrow that I announce today that MVWA 55 will be the final show.  The  harsh economic climate in America’s heartland and rising costs are the main reason Missouri Valley Wrestling is shutting down…

“…It’s been a great two year ride.  I’m thankful for everyone who put their heart and soul into MVW from the wrestlers to the office personnel.  Most of all, I’d like to thank the fans who came out to our shows….”

MATCH #2 for the MVW Television Title

Katie Collins
vs.

Dani Colston (c)

Lock up followed by mat reversals.  Back to their feet and more reversals.  Both trade arm drags and then have a stand off.  Lock up and Colston takes Collins down, and a bow and arrow. Collins escapes and rams the Television Champion into the corner.  Chops to Colston.  Then a dropkick to Collins.   Colston takes control and drags Collins to the floor.  She whips Katie into the barricade and misses a dive and eats the railing.  Collins scrambles back in the ring and goes to work with boots to Colston. Dropkick to Colston and then a cover for 2.  Vertical suplex to Colston by Collins.  She covers for 2. Rear choke by Collins, possibly the prelude to the PPD (Political Personal Destruction).  Colston escapes and gets rammed to the corner.  Collins with chops.  Colston tries a springboard back elbow but gets met with a dropkick.  Arm drags by Colston, then an Enziguri.  Standing switches and Colston rolls her up.  Reversal by Collins and a Tiger Suplex for 2!  Knees by Colston.  Collins with a leg lariat.  She goes for the cradle piledriver.  Reversal by Colston and a super kick gets 2.  Collins set up top…Colston with a front suplex.  Top rope elbow to Collins gets 2.  Chops by Colston.  Off the ropes…Rolling Crab by Collins!  Reversal…catapult by Colston.  Bulldog to Collins.  Moonsault met by Collins’s knees.

Wait a second.  It’s Kalee Jones- The Eskimo Queen and ‘Texas Cowgirl’ Haley Dallas- the other members of the Triple Threat.  Dallas distracts the ref.  Colston rolls up Collins…KALEE JONES  IN THE RING!  She pulls Colston off and gives her the ESKIMO PIEFACE.   Ref no longer distracted.  Collins rolls Colston up and that’s all!

WINNER AND NEW MVW TELEVISION CHAMPION @ 9:35- Katie Collins

Colston slowly comes to and sees Collins celebrating with Jones and Dallas.  She slides out and grabs a chair and comes back in.  Chairshot to Collins.  Chairshot to Jones.  Chairshot to Dallas.  All three members of the Triple Threat are laid out in the ring.  Colston flips them off and leaves.

Cohn calls it a tough loss for Colston.  Ward calls it a total ‘screw-job’ by the Triple Threat and good for Colston for fighting back.

Jacobson talks with Kelly Korver right before their match with Angels of Death.   Angel Casey walks by and she and Kelly have words.  Casey tells her “let’s make our match a hardcore match.”  Kelly accepts immediately.

MATCH #3 for the MVW Tag Team Titles/Hardcore Match

Angels of Death: Angel Scott and Angel Casey (c)

Both teams don’t even wait for the ring announcements and charge at each other. Belly to belly by Angel Scott to Korey Korver.  Springboard shoulder by Angel Casey sends Kelly Korver to the floor.  SUICIDE DIVE by Casey to Kelly!  Kelly whipped to the railing.  Casey charges…she gets tossed over the railing.  Kelly with a running chair shot and Angel Casey spins around and lurches into a guy returning to his seat.  Kelly grabs the beer in his hand and bashes Casey in the head with it.

In the ring, Scott whipped to the steel ring post.  Korey Korver with the clotheslines.  Korey slides out and grabs a table and sets it up on the floor.  Angel Scott recovers and meets Korey with a clothesline on the apron.  She lifts Korey…RUNNING POWERBOMB THROUGH THE TABLE!  Both Ward and Cohn stand up at their broadcast table and try to describe what just took place.  Scott climbs up top…FROG SPLASH! 1…2…NO!  Kelly Korver with the last second save.  Angel Casey then tackles Kelly and they roll around on the floor.   Scott sets up Korey.  Reversal by Korey and then Scott with the back kick to the groin.   Scott with another powerbomb.  Scott grabs a chair, misses…then she just KILLS KOREY!  NO SELL! ANGEL SCOTT CAN’T BELIEVE IT!  A third chairshot by Scott and Korey is still up!  Boot to Scott.  She sets up the chairs  and hits a Tornado DDT on the chairs for 2!  Korey nails Scott with another chair and climbs up top.  TOP ROPE ELBOW WITH THE CHAIR! 1…2..NO!

Both exhausted, they stumble back to their corners and Angel Casey and Kelly Korver finally get into the match!  Kelly beats on Casey.  Kelly misses the splash. Reverse neckbreaker by Casey.  Chairshot to Kelly.  Hurricarana by Casey.  Korey in with a trashcan and blasts Casey with it.  Angel Scott comes right in and she and Korey battle.  Drop toehold of doom by Kelly to Casey! Kelly covers for 2. Scott nails Korey with the trashcan.  Kelly has Scott.  Right hands by Kelly.  Russian leg sweep by Kelly.  She goes up top…Senton!  Chair shot by Angel Scott on Kelly!  Kelly laid on the chair…Scott to the 2nd rope…frog splash to Kelly.  Casey covers and gets 2!  Casey accidently nails Scott with a chair.  Korey in.  She and Kelly slap on double figure fours on the Angels!  VALORA SALINAS COMES OUT! With barbed wire!

Urban pulls her off…Valora swings at Callie and they brawl.  DOUBLE DDT BY ANGELS OF DEATH ON THE KORVERS!  Valora back in and tosses Kelly Korver.  Chair on the face of Korey Korver.  She goes up top…ASAI MOONSAULT.  Callie back in with Singapore cane shots to Valora!  Chairshot to Callie by Angel Scott!  Casey sets up the tables…POWERBOMB TO KOREY KORVER THROUGH THE TABLE!  Scott covers- NO!  She gets 2!  Kelly up with a cookie sheet shot to Scott.  IMPLANT DDT BY VALORA!  Table time again! VALORA PUTS LIGHTER FLUID ON THE TABLE! FLAMING TABLE! SCOTT POWERBOMBS KELLY KORVER THROUGH THE FLAMING TABLE! 1…2…3!

Angels of Death and Valora celebrate in the ring.  A furious Callie Urban gets up on the apron and starts jawing with Valora.  Security comes down and keep both women separated before escorting Callie back to the locker room.

MATCH #4 for the MVW Title

Jackie Daniels w/Jill Berg
vs.

Callie Urban (c)

Cohn notes that this is Callie’s first title defense since winning the title from Valora two months ago.   She wonders if they’ll be any ring rust on Callie.  Ward reminds her that Callie also wrestles at nbW in a tag team with Spike Saunders and has kept busy. 

The bell rings.  Urban tries to close the distance with the taller and heavier Daniels with kicks.  Urban locks up and Daniels gets the strength advantage.  Daniels pushes Urban to the ropes and the ref calls for a break.  Urban works more kicks.  Daniels has had enough and goes to the clubbing blows.  Off another break, Daniels and Jill Berg discuss strategy and Urban hits some more kicks to drive Daniels into the corner.  Daniels tries the clubbing blows again but succumbs to Urban’s kicks and forearms in the corner.  Crowd is on their feet.  Daniels finally cuts the ring off and it’s time to take a ‘year’s worth of frustration out on someone’ time.  She pounds the hell out of Urban and she hits the canvas. Daniels with the blatant choke.  She stands on Urban in the corner to choke again.   Urban tries to fight back with kicks but Daniels takes her head off with a forearm.  Jackie hooks the legs…1…2…NO!  Urban kicks out.  Then out of nowhere, Urban unleashes a yakuza kick in the corner and nails Daniels in the eye.  Daniels staggers back and holds her eye.  Urban with the snapmare and hits a second roundhouse kick.  Urban delivers a series of kicks around the ring for a while and crowd is red hot.

Cohn gets a look at Daniels’s eye and reports it appears to be swollen and closing.

Urban puts Daniels on a chair and hits the running dropkick- sending Daniels tumbling out of the chair.   She tries again but Daniels avoids and tosses her into the crowd.  Daniels goes back in the ring and hits the springboard Daniels splash all the way into the second row.  Jill Berg urges her on but Daniels’s eye is giving her problems.  She crotches Urban on the guardrail and then blasts her knee with a chair.  Daniels hits a missile dropkick and sends Urban sprawling down.  Daniels drags Callie back to the ring and throws her in.  Daniels gets a head of steam but runs into a lariat and Daniels lands hard to the mat.  Urban slaps on a single leg grapevine and overs for a 2 count.  Daniels eats a stiff forearm that takes her down.  Daniels tries to pull herself up but Urban clips the knee to take her down.  Urban kicks the leg some more and cinches in a knee bar.  Urban and Daniels do the cover spot a couple times but Daniels finally kicks out at 2.  Daniels desperately counters with a German release suplex that sends Urban across the ring.  Daniels hits a uranage for 2.  Daniels heads up top even though her eyesight is becoming more and more sketchy.  She goes for a missile dropkick but misses badly.  Urban quickly hooks in the half crab/heel hook.  Daniels somehow instinctively makes the ropes.

Daniels tries a German suplex but Urban reverses and comes off the ropes with a Thesz press. She then rolls under back and locks in the half crab.  Daniels rolls over to escape but Urban hits another yakuza kick.  She sets up for the Sleeping Dragon, standing Shiranui DDT, but Daniels powers out and small packages Urban for 2.  ROARING ELBOW BY THE NEARLY BLIND DANIELS! AND ANOTHER!  Another school boy gets 2.  Urban tries a sunset flip but Daniels sits down for 2.  Urban runs off the ropes into a BEAST German suplex from Daniels.  Cover gets 2.  Daniels goes to the sleeperholdand the crowd senses the end is near.  Urban’s leg buckles.  Daniels delivers about 20 curb stomps and another cover still only gets 2.  Daniels rolls her over and hooks in the Koji Clutch.  Crowd calls for a tap.  Urban manages to get the ropes.  Daniels puts Urban up top and preps for a super back suplex. Urban kicks at Daniels’s legs and pushes her off.  Daniels slowly pulls herself up but she’s clearly losing steam.  Urban with a stiff pele kick. Daniels fires back with a right hand but Callie no sells and nails her with a Sleeping Dragon.  Urban with the LARIATO and covers.  Daniels somehow kicks out at 2.  Urban pulls Daniels up and delivers her finisher, Gentrification, and Daniels is done at 22 minutes.

WINNER AND STILL MVW CHAMPION @ 22:26 – Callie Urban

Jill Berg rushes into the ring to check on Daniels.  Medical personnel also run to the ring to attend to her.  The crowd rises to give both women a standing ovation.  The locker room comes out and also applauds the match.  After a few minutes, Daniels gets back to her feet holding an icebag to her eye.

CEO Jason Carmondy comes to the ring.  He thanks everyone for what has been a wonderful two year run.  Carmondy then makes this announcement:

“I am pleased to announce that Political Championship Wrestling has purchased the assets to Missouri Valley Wrestling.  The MVW title will become the PCW Women’s title once again.”
